SBSC offers full-service startup assistance. After you decide between a Florida corporation and a Florida LLC, we will file the necessary paperwork with the State. In addition, we can obtain an EIN for you, prepare the necessary forms to elect S corporation status, obtain a Certified Copy or Certificate of Status from the State of Florida, register a Fictitious Name, and provide you with a corporate kit.

After the above is done, your business will be a legal entity in the State of Florida. The next step is obtaining the required licenses and permits. To assist in doing this we offer the Business License Compliance Package. This includes all the information and applications you will need for your business to comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Upon completion, you will be able to do business in Florida.

SBSC also offers Florida Registered Agent services. Florida law requires every corporation or LLC to designate and maintain a registered agent with a physical address (not a P.O. Box) in Florida. The registered agent must be at that address during regular business hours to receive legal or tax documents. Failure to comply could result in a fine from the State.
