If you choose to have your Florida LLC taxed as an S corporation, the necessary forms must be submitted to the IRS. We will prepare these forms for you. You will then need to sign and mail or fax these forms to the IRS. We will provide you with the mailing address and fax number.

SBSC will obtain an EIN from the IRS for you.

This document is often needed to open a bank account.

Certifies a company is in good standing with the state, the taxes have been paid, and it is authorized to do business in that state.

$100 Fictitious Name Registration

Secondary name to advertise your corporation under. Example: "Small Business Startup Consulting, Inc." also does business as "Small Business Startup Consulting of Florida" Note: the EIN Obtainment Service option (above) must be selected in order to do this properly.

Every Florida LLC must designate and maintain a registered agent with a physical address (not a P.O. Box) in Florida. The registered agent must be available at that address during regular business hours to receive documents.
